Paradise on Earth

A collection of poems by David Morin

A Day in the Glen

Large ranging mountains on either side of a glaciated valley

A stony meandering river on course to meet its final destination

At one point a bridge spanned the river

Over head the skies were blue and cloudy

A pair of Golden Eagles soared high overhead

The light was fading along with last rays of sunshine

The skies were clear with countless stars all around
