Paradise on Earth

A collection of poems by David Morin

Where Eagles Fly

Dawn broke slowly but surely over a Scottish Glen

High up on the crags were a pair of Golden Eagles

It was getting towards midday and the sun was beginning to warm the sky

Then one by one the Golden Eagles took to the sky

Flying gracefully they caught thermals taking them higher and higher

From great heights the Golden Eagles looked over their Kingdom

Dusk was falling as the pair of Golden Eagles returned to the remote Glen in the Highlands
